Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
Shipping
Order ship within 1 business day. Generally, orders placed before 12pm EST will ship the same day; and orders placed after 12pm EST ship the next business day, including priority and overnight orders. While carrier estimated ship times are almost always accurate they are not guaranteed and delays are possible. We do guarantee you will recieve your order, even if there is a delay.
USA
Free USPS ground shipping on all orders with product total over $350 shipped to USA addresses. For orders with product total $350 or less we offer USPS shipping for a flat $9.95. These shipments typically arrive within 7 days from the date the order is given to the carrier and does not include pre-order production times, if applicable.
Expedited Priority USPS shipping is available for $20. Shipments typically arrive in 3 days from the date given to the carrier and does not include the up to 1 business day to ship the order. Option not available in Puerto Rico and some other minor outlying islands and areas.
Fedex 2 day shipping is available for $45. This does not include the up to 1 business day to ship the order. Option not available in Puerto Rico and some other minor outlying islands and areas.
Overnight USPS shipping is available for $45. This does not include the up to 1 business day to ship the order. Option not available in Puerto Rico and some other minor outlying islands and areas.
International
Free shipping on orders over 750 USD. Flat rate 35 USD shipping on all other orders to all countries except Canada. Shipments to Canada for orders under 750 USD are 25 USD. This shipment method involves our government carrier handing off the package to your government carrier and will take some time and not include accurate tracking. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Shipping and purchase price do NOT include any duties, fees, customs or other charges imposed by non-USA government entities. Customer is responsible for these charges.
Exchanges and Returns
We're confident you will enjoy your Rose & Fire gear. If you are unhappy with your products when they arrive for any reason please send them to the address below with a note requesting an exchange or return and the original paperwork or order number. The note and order information will allow for quickest processing. Please also email tracking information to customerservice@roseandfire.com. Returns are accepted on new, unused items with original paperwork. Returns are not accepted on custom-made or mystery box items. Exchanges are accepted as a store credit for the purchase price of the item, not including shipping charges. Returns will be credited the actual purchase price of the item(s) to the method of payment used for the order. You have 30 days from when you receive the item to the date of the postmark of the return or exchange. Thank you.
